Centenary United Holdings Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Hui Chun Tak from his position as independent non-executive Director due to other business commitments, effective from 19 July 2024. The company expressed gratitude for Mr. Hui’s contributions and concurrently announced the appointment of Mr. Li Weining as a replacement independent non-executive Director starting the same date. Mr. Li’s appointment follows a distinguished academic career and previous independent directorships in the industry.
