Centaurus Metals Limited has announced a change in director Chris Banasik’s interests, with the acquisition of 633,333 ordinary shares following the exercise of the same number of unlisted options, valued at A$204,000. The transaction has resulted in an increase in Banasik’s direct holdings to 800,000 ordinary shares and indirect holdings to 1,300,001 ordinary shares. This change of interest has been duly reported to the ASX as per regulatory requirements.
