Centaur Media PLC has announced that Colin Jones, the Chair of the company, has been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Datatec Limited, a major ICT company listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. Jones will also serve on Datatec’s Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee. This strategic appointment aims to strengthen the leadership and governance within both organizations.
