Centaur Media CEO Transfers Shares to Spouse

Centaur Media (GB:CAU) has released an update.

Centaur Media Plc has disclosed a transaction involving CEO Swag Mukerji transferring 436,000 ordinary shares at no cost to his spouse, Rina Mukerji. The transfer, which is considered an initial notification and took place outside of a trading venue on August 9, 2024, was reported in line with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
