Centaur Media CEO Transfers Shares to Spouse

Centaur Media (GB:CAU) has released an update.

Centaur Media PLC has disclosed a significant share transaction involving its Chief Executive Officer, Swag Mukerji. In a transfer dated 25 July 2024, Mukerji moved 506,532 ordinary shares to his spouse, Rina Mukerji, at no cost. This transaction was conducted outside a trading venue, as per the regulatory notifications.
