Cenovus Energy (TSE:CVE) has released an update.
In its annual shareholder meeting, Cenovus Energy Inc. saw the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor with an overwhelming majority of votes in favor. All thirteen management-proposed nominees were elected to the Board of Directors, with Stephen E. Bradley being a notable new addition. The company also expressed gratitude to Hal Kvisle and Wayne Shaw, who did not seek re-election.
