Cenergy Holdings S.A. has set the offer price for its new shares at €9.00, following a book-building process for its capital increase aiming to raise a maximum of €200 million. A total of 22,222,222 new shares will be offered to investors through both public offerings in Belgium and Greece, and private placements to institutional investors. The allocation of shares to investor categories will be disclosed by the company on October 15, 2024.
