Cenergy Holdings Advances Share Buyback Initiative

Cenergy Holdings SA (DE:9CN) has released an update.

Cenergy Holdings SA has announced the repurchase of 8,708 of its own shares between September 30 and October 4, 2024, for a total cost of 85,606.89 euros, as part of its share buyback program. The average purchase price was 9.8308 euros per share across both Euronext Brussels and the Athens Exchange. These shares are intended to facilitate share-based employee remuneration in line with the company’s approved remuneration policy.
