Cencora, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from eleven to thirteen members, with Frank Clyburn set to join the Board on October 1, 2024. Clyburn’s appointment coincides with Robert P. Mauch’s, and both will receive compensation in line with the company’s current policy for non-employee directors.
