Cemex SAB (CX) has released an update.
Cemex S.A.B. de C.V. has announced it will pay the second installment of its cash dividend on September 17, 2024, with payments to shareholders of $0.013496 MXN per share, CPO holders receiving $0.040488 MXN, and ADS holders getting $0.020670 USD per ADS. This installment, sourced from Cemex’s net tax profit as of December 31, 2013, will not be subject to tax withholdings. The exchange rate applied for the dividend payment is $19.5887 MXN per USD, as determined by Banco de México.
