Celsius Resources Ltd. has announced the successful completion of a placement on AIM, raising approximately £922,000 through the issuance of new shares and warrants. The funds raised will support development works at the MCB Copper-Gold Project, permitting costs at the Sagay Copper-Gold Project, exploration at the Botilao Copper-Gold Prospect, and general working capital. The issued shares are set to commence trading around April 18, 2024, and will be fully paid and ranking equally with existing shares.
