Celsius Holdings Appoints New Board Member from PepsiCo

Celsius Holdings ( (CELH) ) has shared an announcement.

Celsius Holdings, Inc. has appointed Israel Kontorovsky, the CFO of PepsiCo Latin America, to its Board of Directors, filling a vacancy left by Jim Lee’s departure. Kontorovsky brings extensive experience from his leadership roles at PepsiCo and will serve on the Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee. His appointment is part of an agreement allowing PepsiCo to nominate a board member, and he will hold the position until the company’s 2025 annual meeting.
