Celadon Pharmaceuticals PLC, a UK-based pioneer in cannabis-based medicines, is set to expand its market presence by issuing 250,000 new Ordinary Shares at £0.01 each. This move comes as part of the company’s Long Term Incentive Plan, with shares expected to start trading on the AIM market around 21 May 2024.
