C&D International Investment Group Ltd. has announced a significant change in its corporate structure with the resignation of Ms. Kam Mei Ha Wendy as the company secretary and authorized representative, effective from August 30, 2024. Mr. Yau Tsz Lun, with over six years of experience in the company secretarial field and multiple professional qualifications, will take over the roles. The company has expressed its appreciation for Ms. Kam’s contributions and welcomed Mr. Yau to his new position.
