CCT Fortis Holdings Limited has announced the sale of its entire equity interest in a subsidiary to an entity led by the CEO of a controlling shareholder, with the deal valued at HK$9,500,000. Following the transaction, the subsidiary will no longer be part of CCT Fortis’s consolidated financial statements. This deal is classified as both a discloseable and connected transaction under the Hong Kong Listing Rules, due to the relationships of the parties involved.
