Canadian Critical Minerals Inc. (CCMI) has successfully completed a flow-through financing round, raising $247,500 through the issuance of 4,500,002 shares at $0.055 each, to fund exploration and development of their Bull River Mine project in British Columbia. The company, which focuses on copper production assets in Canada and holds significant interests in two major mineral projects, also paid commissions and issued finder warrants as part of the financing deal.
