C&C Group Plc has repurchased 90,000 of its own shares from J&E Davy on the London Stock Exchange, as part of its ongoing buyback program aimed at reacquiring shares worth up to €15 million by January 2025. The buyback is intended to enhance shareholder value and consolidate the company’s market position. Following this transaction, C&C Group will have approximately 381 million ordinary shares in circulation.
