C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has announced a share buyback, purchasing 90,000 of its own ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange for cancellation, with prices ranging from 160.60p to 161.00p per share. This transaction is part of a larger buyback program with a target value of up to €15 million, set to continue until the end of January 2025. Following this transaction, C&C will have 384,457,439 ordinary shares in issue, excluding treasury shares.
