C&C Group Plc (GB:CCR) has released an update.
C&C Group Plc has announced the purchase and cancellation of 65,000 of its own ordinary shares at prices ranging from 157.40p to 158.00p, with an average paid price of 157.54p, as part of its ongoing €15 million share buyback program set to conclude by June 30, 2024. Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital will consist of 386,570,194 ordinary shares. The buyback activity was carried out on the London Stock Exchange by J&E Davy as part of a program previously communicated to shareholders on February 21, 2024.
