Megaport Ltd. (AU:MP1) has released an update.
The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and its affiliates have ceased to be substantial shareholders in Megaport Limited as of May 31, 2024. This change follows a series of alterations in their voting interests, the specifics of which are detailed in annexure B. No new associates in relation to voting interests have been reported in conjunction with this shift.
