CBA Acquires 5% Stake in Credit Corp Group

Credit Corp Group Limited (AU:CCP) has released an update.

Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) and its associated entities have become substantial holders in Credit Corp Group Limited, with a total voting power of 5%. This substantial holding is a result of CBA and its related bodies corporate achieving voting power in two other companies, Avanteos Investments Limited and Colonial First State Investments Limited, which exceeds 20%, thus giving them relevant interest in Credit Corp’s securities.
