The company, which is a diversified bitcoin mining firm, anticipates finalizing the merger soon, contingent on satisfying regulatory approvals, including the TSX Venture Exchange. Shareholders also voted in favor of appointing auditors, setting the number of directors, and approving changes to the company’s articles and incentive plans.
