Cathedra Bitcoin Inc. has launched a non-brokered private placement called the LIFE Offering, aiming to raise C$2.5 million by selling 25 million units at C$0.10 each, with an option to double the amount. Each unit includes a share and a warrant with tiered exercise prices. The funds raised are designated for infrastructure expansion, bitcoin acquisitions, and general corporate purposes.
