Cathay Pacific Airways Limited announced board changes with Mr. ZHANG Zhuo Ping resigning due to retirement and Mr. TANG Kin Wing Augustus, a figure with extensive experience within the company and other Swire Group subsidiaries, appointed as a Non-Executive Director. The transition is set to take place from 1st September 2024. The company expressed its gratitude to Mr. Zhang for his service and extended best wishes for his future advisory role.
