Cartier Resources Inc. announced the election of its board directors, with Daniel Massé appointed as the new Chair, at their recent AGM. Shareholders approved the stock option plan amendment and KPMG LLP’s appointment as auditors. Additionally, 3.15 million stock options were granted to directors, officers, and an employee, exercisable at $0.065 per share until 2029.
