Carrianna Group Holdings Company Limited has announced the purchase of a 10% equity stake in Yiyang Carrianna International Hotel Management Company Limited for RMB15 million. This transaction is considered a discloseable and connected transaction, as it involves a state-owned enterprise with substantial holdings in the Disposal Company and exceeds the 5% threshold of the Listing Rules. The Board has approved the sale, deeming it fair and in the company’s and shareholders’ interests, thus exempting it from further approval requirements.
