Carrianna Group Completes Major Equity Transaction

Carrianna Group Holdings Company Limited (HK:0126) has released an update.

Carrianna Group Holdings Company Limited has completed a major transaction involving the sale of its entire equity interest in Yiyang Carrianna International Hotel Management Company Limited. Following the completion of the sale, the disposed entity is no longer a subsidiary and its financial results will no longer be consolidated with the Group’s results. The acquisition of a 10% equity interest in the same company has also been finalized, as per the terms of the Sale and Purchase Agreement.
