Carriage Services Announces CFO Resignation and Interim Successor

The latest update is out from Carriage Services (CSV).

L. Kian Granmayeh has stepped down as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Carriage Services, Inc., effective July 1, 2024, without any disputes regarding the company’s operations or financial practices. Following his resignation, Kathryn Shanley has been appointed as the interim Principal Financial Officer. With extensive experience in financial roles and a background as a Certified Public Accountant, Shanley brings a wealth of knowledge to her interim position, having previously held significant positions at Service Corporation International. No additional compensation arrangements have been made for Shanley in her new interim role.
