Carlyle Commodities Corp. is set to raise up to $600,000 through a non-brokered private placement of 15 million units at $0.04 each, with each unit comprising a share and a purchase warrant. The proceeds are earmarked for advancing the Newton Project and general corporate purposes, following the cancellation of a previously announced private placement.
