The CEO, Peter Van Heukelom, attributes this success to strategic improvements in the company’s real estate portfolio and anticipates that it will increase visibility, attract institutional investors, and contribute to the company’s future growth. Additionally, Care Property Invest plans to continue expanding its healthcare real estate portfolio within the European Economic Area.
