Care Property Invest has announced the inclusion of its shares in the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Index, a leading investment index for listed real estate companies, which will take effect from June 21, 2024. The CEO, Peter Van Heukelom, attributes this success to strategic improvements in the company’s real estate portfolio and anticipates that it will increase visibility, attract institutional investors, and contribute to the company’s future growth. Additionally, Care Property Invest plans to continue expanding its healthcare real estate portfolio within the European Economic Area.
