Cardno Limited has announced a special distribution of an unfranked dividend of AUD $3.9m, or 10 cents per share, to its shareholders, with a payment date set for 24 June 2024. The dividend distribution is a result of dividends received from Entrix Americas and the final collection from DT Global Australia related to Cardno International Development’s sale. The company’s board is also focusing on divestments, legal claim collections, and minimizing costs to maximize shareholder returns.
