Cardinal Health, Inc. board members Steven K. Barg and Sujatha Chandrasekaran, both appointed in 2022, have announced they will not seek re-election at the 2024 annual shareholders meeting, but will continue to serve until then. Their departures are not due to disagreements with the company. Barg, representing investor Elliott, contributed to a committee reviewing company strategy, while Chandrasekaran served on the Audit and Risk Oversight Committees. The company acknowledges their valuable contributions during their tenure.
