Card Factory PLC has announced the upcoming admission of 750,000 ordinary shares to the Official List via the London Stock Exchange, following the vesting of share awards from its 2015 SAYE Scheme. These newly issued shares, expected to be listed on July 29, 2024, will have equal standing with the current ordinary shares. This move indicates a potential expansion of the company’s equity base.
