Card Factory (GB:CARD) has released an update.
Card Factory PLC, the UK’s leading greeting card and celebration essentials retailer, has announced the successful passage of all resolutions from its AGM Notice, with the significant majority of votes cast in favor. The reappointment of Chairman Paul Moody, while approved, saw less than 80% support, prompting the Board to commit to engaging with shareholders to address their concerns. The results and detailed resolutions will be made available on the company’s investor relations website and the UK’s National Storage Mechanism.
