Card Factory CEO Buys Shares, Ups Stake

Card Factory (GB:CARD) has released an update.

Card Factory PLC’s CEO Darcy Willson-Rymer has increased his stake in the company by acquiring 13,526 ordinary shares through the exercise of an option under the Card Factory plc SAYE Scheme 2015. The purchase, executed outside a trading venue, has brought Willson-Rymer’s total ownership to 507,549 shares, which represents 0.14% of the company’s issued ordinary share capital. The transaction was disclosed in line with regulatory requirements.
