Carbeeza Inc. has launched a private placement offering of 12% convertible unsecured debentures aiming to raise up to $1.5 million. The proceeds are intended for marketing initiatives and general corporate needs, with options for debenture holders to convert into shares and warrants. The first tranche has already closed, securing $300,000 for the company.
