The company awaits a timeline from auditors PKF Littlejohn LLP for the audit’s completion before it can release the report and resume trading of its shares. Additionally, Caracal is preparing to resubmit its draft prospectus to the FCA and continues to pursue its goal of expanding gold production and resources in the region.
