Captivision Inc. Strikes $30M Share Purchase Deal

Captivision Inc (CAPT) has released an update.

Captivision Inc. has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with New Circle Principal Investments LLC, allowing the latter to acquire up to $30 million in ordinary shares of Captivision Inc. The shares are listed on the Nasdaq under ‘CAPT’ and will be sold conditionally based on market prices and regulatory compliance, without exceeding predetermined ownership and exchange limits.
