Capricorn Energy PLC has recently declared that it has bought back and cancelled a total of 5,268 of its own shares at an average price of £192.49 per share, with the transactions conducted through the London Stock Exchange and Chi-X. Following the cancellation, the company now has 71,435,200 ordinary shares remaining, which also represents the total voting rights. Capricorn’s share repurchase program has been ongoing since May 2023, with a total spend of £18,042,299 to date.
