Capricoll Energy PLC has announced the repurchase of 34,971 of its ordinary shares across various trading venues, at an average price of 185.89 GBP per share, for cancellation. The share buyback is part of a program initiated on 17 June 2024, which has seen the company spend £17,668,730 to date, reducing the total ordinary shares in issue to 71,631,462. This share repurchase could potentially affect shareholders’ notification requirements under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
