Capricorn Energy PLC has announced a significant share repurchase, buying back 14,037 Ordinary Shares at prices ranging from £214 to £217 per share through trading venues like the London Stock Exchange. The total number of shares bought back to date reached 8,452,203, costing the company approximately £19.4 million. Following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the total number of voting rights in the company now stands at 70,786,535.
