Capricorn Energy PLC (GB:CNE) has released an update.

Capricorn Energy PLC has recently executed a share repurchase, buying back 18,762 of its own ordinary shares across various trading venues, with the transaction carried out by Merrill Lynch International. Following the repurchase, the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights in the company have been reduced to 71,706,095. This action is part of an ongoing share buyback program that has cost the company £17,529,532 to date.
