Capricorn Energy PLC recently announced the repurchase and cancellation of 15,422 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 188.18 GBP per share, involving different trading venues. Following this transaction, the company’s total ordinary shares in issue and total voting rights have been reduced to 71,724,857. This buyback is a part of Capricorn’s ongoing share repurchase programme, which has cost the company £17,495,039 to date.
