Capricorn Energy PLC (GB:CNE) has released an update.
Capricorn Energy PLC has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 15,756 ordinary shares across different trading venues for a total cost of approximately £18 million, reducing the total number of shares in issue to 71,452,424. The buyback, administered by Merrill Lynch International, is part of an ongoing repurchase programme announced in May 2023, aimed at reducing share capital and potentially increasing the stock’s value for remaining shareholders.
