Capricorn Energy PLC (GB:CNE) has released an update.
Capricorn Energy PLC has recently executed a share repurchase, buying back 10,007 of its own shares across multiple trading venues, at an average price of 217.39 GBP per share, for cancellation. This is part of an ongoing buyback programme that began on 4 May 2023, which has to date acquired a total of 8,420,465 shares, cumulatively costing £19,349,597. Following the cancellation of the purchased shares, the total number of voting rights in the company has been reduced to 70,818,273.
