Capricorn Energy PLC has actively engaged in a share repurchase program, buying back 29,757 ordinary shares across multiple trading venues, leading to a total of 7,999,045 shares purchased since the program’s announcement in May 2023. The shares were acquired at varying prices with the highest being 224.50 GBP and the lowest at 216.50 GBP, cumulating in a total expenditure of £18,440,416 for the program. Following the cancellation of these shares, the company’s total issued share capital and total voting rights now stand at 71,239,693.
