Capricorn Energy PLC has executed a share buyback, cancelling 20,938 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 219.48 GBP across different trading venues, as part of its ongoing repurchase program announced in May 2023. This has brought the total number of shares bought back to 7,969,288, costing £18,374,903, and leaving 71,269,450 ordinary shares in issue with equal voting rights. The buyback aims to enhance shareholder value and the detailed transactions have been published for transparency.
