Capricorn Energy PLC has repurchased over 15,000 of its ordinary shares, with the buyback executed through multiple trading venues including the London Stock Exchange. This move is part of an ongoing share buyback program, which has seen the company purchase more than 8.5 million shares so far, totaling nearly £19.7 million in costs. The cancellation of these shares has reduced the total number of shares in issue to just over 70.6 million.
