Capricorn Energy PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of a total of 16,310 of its own shares through various trading venues, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme. Since the programme’s initiation in May 2023, the company has purchased 7,857,065 shares, costing £18,144,131. This move is likely to affect the total voting rights, which now stand at 71,381,673 following the share cancellations.
