Capricorn Energy PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 18,926 of its ordinary shares at an average price of 190.70 GBP, as part of its ongoing share buyback program. Since the program’s inception on May 4, 2023, the company has bought back a total of 7,673,297 shares at a cost of 17.79 million GBP. Following the cancellation, the total number of remaining shares and voting rights in the company stands at 71,565,441.
